OUR SALON.


We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and services.
We have re-arranged the salon space to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Each workspace will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment.
Equipment will be disinfected before and after every service.
Gowns and towels will be laundered after each client.
We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.

OUR TEAM.


All team members are trained to care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
We have agreed social distancing for our team in the communal staff areas.
Staff have been briefed to not attend the salon if they have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in their household is unwell or self-isolating.
We are happy to discuss any of your individual concerns. Please feel free to call or speak to a member of the team.

OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.


We have reviewed our service menu and removed any we feel are incompatible with the current climate.
Our team will wear appropriate PPE whilst in the salon and all team members will wash their hands before and after every client interaction.
In-salon consultation will be carried out at the styling station and via the mirror to minimise face-to-face interaction.

CLIENT ARRIVAL & RECEPTION.


We will greet you warmly as usual, but without a handshake or a hug.
Hand sanitiser and masks must be used on entry to the salon. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.
Clients must minimise what they bring as you will be asked to keep all your belongings with you.
We ask clients to attend their appointments alone - unless you need to be accompanied for medical / care reasons.
A screen has been installed at reception.

HOW YOU CAN HELP US.


Arrive at the agreed time to maximise social distancing. If you arrive late you may have to re-book your appointment for a later date.
Wear the face mask provided and sanitise your hands before and after each service.
If you are likely to need a drink, please bring it with you. We will not be providing refreshments.
Please bring something to read if you have a long appointment. We no longer have magazines to read.
Please call to re-schedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household has a temperature, or is feeling unwell, or is self-isolating or has been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Do not come into the salon if you or anyone from your household is unwell or self-isolating.

SKIN TESTS.


Due to the length of lockdown, it has become necessary for us to perform new allergy tests on all customers requiring a colour application. This test needs to be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please come to the salon and one of our staff will meet you outside to administer the test.
